Change bank card number, not payment method

I´m having problems with my account because my bank sends another card, recently y receive, I was about Change my payment method but the account is locked. I want to preserve my account, with the same Rate and the experience of the account that I have already had for a long time premium.

What do you mean by locked ? don’t you have your user name and password to access it ? 

If you can’t access your account reset your password below : 

https://www.deezer.com/password/reset

If you do , than you should be able to access your payment details and change the necessary ones . 

 

Navigate to www.deezer.com

Go to your profile image and click on it 

choose account settings 

choose “Manage my subscription” 

There you will have an option to change what you need .

I tried to upgrade my subscription from free to premium but it's rejecting my card...Keeps saying I should correct the error on my card or try a different one. This is the second card I'm trying

i cant change paycard, that was expired. and my student subscription was cancelled
