cant access my profile

Good evening.

I have a profile on our family group

I changed devices and want to access this profile on my new device but I cant.

I have my User ID : 3722387602 Tink.

Please help

If you only have a profile, you need the credentials of the admin. You enter them, then select your profile and you're done. :relaxed:

Hey @Letitia Purchase, following @dee_dirk’s instructions will help you recover your profile.

I’d also want to recommend after you do, consider signing up with an Independent account with Deezer and have the admin send you a link to join to the family group, read more about how here.

This way next time you want to regain access to your account, you won’t require the admin credentials. It not only allows you to move to becoming an admin too someday with ease but also a more security conscious choice not having to share credentials.

You could also simply convert the profile into an individual account. :relaxed:
