cannot load page after sign-up

Immediately after signing up, presented with the link by email with login and password. Click the link, and the Deezer app shows:

Hello, title.user!
Welcome back.

  • click the sign in, and I receive:
Cannot load page.
Try again.

SOLVED!

--> I needed to finish setting up the account using my desktop browser. I was prompted for the credit card information, added it, and viola. Account setup completed. Went back to the iOS app and the account data populated right away.

After this experience, I think Deezer mobile app has a problem when a United States based user is overseas (traveling through Japan for example). The setup process asks to sign up the foreign currency (in my case ¥1960 per month), but then upon clicking "One More Step", there is an error.

hi there, have you reinstalled the app?
I uninstalled twice, reinstalled. No joy with the Gmail login. So, I did the forgot password link and tried a direct username and password.

I'm in Japan. Does that change things?
After reinstalling the app on the iPhone, I still cannot access the account. Here is the display during login and after login.

* Tried all 3 login methods: by Email, by Google and by Facebook. Facebook has an error. See error here:
