Cannot create Deezer Family accounts


I paid for Deezer Family subscription last month and €19.49 has been taken out of my account but, it doesn’t say that I have Deezer Family and I can’t add any family profiles on my phone or my family’s phones.The switch profile button just isn’t there.

I've checked on our end and it seems the account linked to the email you use here in the community remains Premium. Perhaps you should contact our support team here with confirmation of payment and the correct login details so that you can be upgraded to Family.
