cancelling Deezer subscription not working

Hi, I`ve tried to cancel my subscription a few times but it is still not working. I`ve tried to via app in menu cancel subscription but I was charged again.

Hello.

When I used Google Music, I didn’t get very easy customer service. It was always surfing on their pages finding the right link and hoping that you can get form you want, or if it is not broken.

When I transferred my lists and my subscription to Deezer. Everything changed.

They provide me, and probably you too, with best customer service on the internet.

Chat available when their working hours, or you can cubmit a request.

Music can ease anyone’s anxiety, it can cure your depression or make each day a little bit easier to go, music can entertain you and it can make you do great things in your life. Enjoy!

What reason it may be, you are canceling? Perhaps it can be solved with no need to cancel?
