Hi.I canceled my account at Dezzer last year but the bills doesn' stoped. Whats happend? I need that it stop.

It means you have another account with another email that wasn't canceled. 🙂 Please get in touch with our support team here and send them more details about the payment. 😉

I cancelled my premium subscription on 25th and this evening I have been informed by PayPal that £9.99 has been taken from my PayPal account transaction [removed to protect personal details] please refund this amount to my account.

So I checked my bank account and i was charged 30 dollars for the past 3 months. I was confused bc I thought I canceled my subscription and haven't used this app in those 3 months I've been charged and I was wondering if I could get my money back

I paid the 99 cents for the first 3 months, my credit card was charged. How come it's still says I'm on the 14 day fee trial? Do I have to wait for the trial to end before my membership kicks in?

I'm member of Deezer before and it's already stop member since December 2018.

I was checked my billing account in my credit card and i saw there is any Deezer Colected of payment amount IDR 49.990 for this January 2019.

Kindly please help to check, why there is any billing payment collected back to my credit card meanwhile that i was stop since December 2018.

I tried the free subscription and couldn’t get any music to sync to my watch so I cancelled subscription but am still getting billed the 9.99/month even though when I go into my “manage subscriptions” it asks if I would like to resubscribe.
Can someone from the deezer community or support crew please figure this out as I am less than impressed with service and quality of app at this time.
