I cant log in to my deezer account on my phone but i was able to log in on my computer to communicate with you using the same info. not sure why

I've had a look at your account and carried out some maintenance, including sending you a password reset email. Please change your password, reinstall the app to the latest version, and log in with email and password.

Hi,my log in is unsuccessful everytime, even with a password reset. I'm trying to log in just to cancel. I've never used this and im getting charged now. thanks

Sorry to hear that. I've had a look at your account and did the same as above, sending you a password reset email. Please change your password, reinstall the app to the latest version and let me know how it goes. If it doesn't work, then we can discuss things further :thumbsup_tone2:

Why I cannot cancel premium subscription? 

There is no such button  in my subscripion management!!!!!

Sorry that's happened. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies? If that doesn't help, please contact our support team here and they can look into that for you :wink:
