cancel deezer subscription

I have tried to cancel the subscription by clicking the cancel subscription button and it won’t work,   It has taken money out of my bank twice even though I tried to cancel it, it also says I have 0 subscriptions but still took money out of my bank today!

Perhaps you need to cancel it from App Store instead?

If your subscription is from mobile operator, you might as well contact them.

If you have any problems with Deezer, let community know. We can always help.

When someone is helped, problem is solved, and no need for cancel.

Our superstar @hpguru is right, our records show that you have a subscription via Apple iTunes and you need to cancel directly with them.
On your iPhone go to settings> iTunes & App Store> click on your apple id and login> signatures> then just click Deezer and cancel

I’ve checked my apple and the subscription isnt there.  I have never used this service and want to cancel!

Ehm...Why don’t you pass this message on to the Deezer support team Jaime and let them get in touch with Kevin? It would mean Deezer actually offers decent service and support.

 

It was opened a new subscription as my apple Id, but I didn’t recognize this subscription. And I couldn’t cancel it because It doesn’t appear in my Apple Store subscription list. i want to cancel  it.

@Fonzeman, the reason is that you need to provide personal details that you cannot share publicly on the Community, such as a payment proof etc.
