You can do it from here 🙂 Only if you subscribe via iTunes, you have to cancel your subscription first, wait until it gets Free again and then subscribe from this link I sent.

hi I try to subscribe to Deezer HiFi but it seems I can only get premium + ... I live in Abu Dhabi and I use your mac desktop app for listening at home ... HiFi quality worked when the beta version appeared but not now and I can't subscribe to hifi neither. please help

I checked your account and you currently have a premium subscription you paid via gift card, right? That's why it's not working, you need to wait for that to expire, then you'll be able to change to hifi 🙂

So I’ve looked on other discussion boards and follow links to upgrade and all I get to it says that I’m not eligible for this offer. I’m not wanting any more offers I’m quite happy to pay the full price. I currently have Deezer plus but I have a Sonos throughout the house and I would like hi-fi and I can’t upgrade ! Help

Hi there, I checked here and you're currently subscribed via iTunes, right? You can't upgrade to HiFi via iTunes, so you need to cancel that subscription, wait for it to expire and then subscribe to HiFi 🙂

I signed up via itunes. If i understand i correctly i am not capable to simply upgrade my subscription from within the app?? This is 2019 right ?

Anyway, so you state that I have to cancel my subscription wait untill it expires and then sign up again? First off, that means i can't use HiFi instantly and i have to wait two weeks? Unfortunately I need to do a hi res audio demo for a client shortly so i can't do it with deezer? Guess i need to look at Tidal??

Secondly, what happens to my existing playlists and music if i have to completely cancel the subscription to be able to change?

Hey there @bartclaes

I understand your frustration, and Apple doesn't make it easy for us either. About your existing music, don't worry. If you cancel your subscription and revert to Free, everything will stay there - you just won't be able to play downloaded content without a paid subscription but everything will be saved.

About waiting 2 weeks before getting HiFi, why don't you talk to our mates in the support team? They might be able to sort that out for you 😉
