HI @vladbezverkhov since you are paying through iTunes you need check your iTunes account if something is wrong and maybe update your payment details in your iTunes account. If you need more help please contact Apple directly.

After paying my subscription last month I was not able to listen to my music from Deezer. I attempted to contact Deezer to see what could be done. It is time to pay again and I am receiving a payment fail notice. Of course, I paid last month n couldn't use it. I think I deserve a free month.

I have a premium deezer account , but recently my best friend and I decided to get a family account, i want to upgrade my subscription so I cancelled my premium account with the hopes that the plans will pop up again... but they haven’t ? Any help??

I I was on the free trial and now recently got my subscription and now it's not working it keeps telling me a new method of payment but I checked my account and they took it out of my account? I can't get ahold of anybody through Deezer I'm regretting going to Deezer now wishing I would have stuck with Pandora??

It doesn't redirect me to Paypal, doesn't accept my card. The card is new one so is not expired and It can make overseas payments. same problem on a phone has been 3 days.

I've already tried that but still had a problem.

*Paypal redirect seems got problem. I got Paypal login page but it kept shaking up and down I can't type any letter but touch (x) button on login page...it's weird. definitely not my phones problem.

Hi there 🙂

I've been using Deezer Premium since October 2017 and had no problem whatsoever. My last payment from 3.12. was unsuccessful, since I had no money on that credit card at that moment.

I transferred some money to the account and updated my payment method (the same credit card number), as noticed in Deezer Account.

Next payment due date should be today, 05/12/18, but I recieved an automatic E-Mail that the whole thing was refused by my bank.

Am I missing something?

My payment keeps refusing and i cant use the app
Got Cash in the Bank and Gas in the tank, but no music.

Why isnt it processing my payment anymore ive been using this for months and all of a sudden just stopped .... 😕
It’s saying i paid it but won’t let me play any music
