Can't resubscribe

Got kicked . Keep trying to log back in and even tried to subscribe and it says subscription not available very frustraed

Hi @Colerhyce , what plan did you have before? Are you getting any erro message when you try to resubscribe?

Keep trying to resubscribe to premium but only gives the option for the free trial. Since ive already used it its not an option. Need help here!

My card expired and I cant get it to accept my new card details. Please assist

Is your card enabled for internet payments?

In some cards internet payments are disabled by default.  Either contact your bank or go to online banking, app or site, to change that. You should enable online payments for Deezer payments.

Have you tried changing them on phone or different browser?

I hope this helps and soon you wll be able to enjoy your Deezer Premium.

Im having issues with a card that has sufficient funds in the bank. My subscription ended and im trying to turn my deezer back on but it wont let me. I also tried via computer and it told me my numbers on my card were wrong and they are not. Please fix
