Can't change/update payment method

Я потерял карту, с которой должна быть произведена Подписка. Deezer Premium должен обновить данные карты, но когда я пытаюсь ввести новые данные, я получаю ошибку, данные якобы неправильны, но я проверил, и я не нашел никаких ошибок, как быть?

Please see above how to change your payment method 😉 Try to clear the cache if you have problems in the browser.
I have the same problem. I lost my credit card and the bank replaced it, but when I tried to add my new details all I get is:

An error occurred with your bank details. Please check they are correct.

I tried it with my debit card too.

I've cleared my cache and tried a new browser.

I received an email because the payment failed for my subscription, this is because I had to cancel my debit card, i am awaiting a new one to which I can add the new details to my paypal account which will enable the payment to go through.

I have a deezer family, I am trying to chenge my paying methods.. but it doesen't let me. What can I do?
I reade that if I signed up from a mobile device the first time, I wont't be able to chenge it unlees I get in touch with the deezer team. So, what can I do?.

Hi there. Please see here how to change the payment method. If you still can't manage it, please clear the cache/cookies of the browser and try again. 😉
How can i change my subscription method?

I'm having the same issue, seems a year later and the issue still isn't resolved. I even contacted support and not helpful or a resolution. I always recommended this to everyone, not anymore.

I've had a brief look at your account and it seems that your payment attempts were refused. Is the problem that you can't change for this sort of payment or that your payment isn't going through? What did our support mention to you?
