Can't change/update payment method


I've tried twice now to change my method of payment, but it keeps giving me an error. I have a visa debit card and I know I have entered all the numbers correctly, but it still shows error.

Hi Stacy, did you try on your phone? Please try on a PC on www.deezer.com. Does that work? If not, what's the error message when you try to change the payment method?
I have tried on both the PC and my phone to update my payment method, and everything that I have done has failed to work.
On the PC, under manage my payment method, when I click on "update my payment method" a new tab is created taking me back to my user profile.
On my phone it takes me to a page that says "download Deezer"
Can this please get sorted out ASAP, as I have changed my payment method before, but now nothing works.

Hi there, we've realised that there is a technical issue with updating the details, but we're already working on it 🙂 Should be fixed soon. So if you're still on Premium+, pleas wait for a couple of days until it is fixed. I'll keep you posted here 🙂

@ceciliaoliveira there's currently an issue with updating the details. It should soon be fixed, so I moved your question to this topic where we'll keep everyone updated. In the meantime your subscription should still be working, so don't worry 🙂
I've tried and tried to change my payment method, but the software just puts me into an infinite loop. Account Settings --> My Information --> Manage my subscription --> Payment method --> Change payment method --> My Information. And then the loop repeats. I'd like to make the update to my payment info, but haven't figured out how to do it. What am I missing? Thanks.

Dear Deezer Support.

I was issued a new credit card and received an email from you my payment for Deezer Family account did not go through. However, I am not able to change my payment method - when I go to Payment Method screen the card details are not editable - this is via URL on my PC as well as using my Android app.

Same problem. Can not update!!!!!!!
I have had an email from you saying that my payment due today has failed. I do not understand this - the subscription is charged to a credit card which doesn't expire until 2020. Also, when I follow the link in the email to change payment method, it can't be done. Please advise if the failed payment email is genuine or a fraud attempt.

Does not accept my credit card informations. I can not update my account. Actually i can't find updating section somehow. Help!!

So what do you see if you click on the gearwheel on the left (on browser) --> account settings --> Manage my subscription?
It says :: due to failure of your credit card transaction on .../../...., Please update your Bank details.. There are subscription plan payment method (3rd party payment) and payment history. That's all. No one is for update my account. .i can see that updating window once a day automatically. when i entered my card infos it says an error occurred with your bank details. Please check they are correct?? No its true but Deezer doesn't accept. I called my bank too? There is no problem . I tried this with 2 different cards same result.

I can't see any tries here with other cards on that account, so it's better if you contact our support on this link with the payment details and they'll look into it for you.
You cant see any tries?? I did it thousands times. En error occurred with your bank details. However everything is truee!! You should solve this . Link is useless i did it too
