Being asked to subscribe on new device


Just downloaded the app on a new device and I have been paying to use Deezer for a while and now I have downloaded app on a new device it is asking me to subscribe again. Any suggestions?

Hey Graham, it's very likely that on the new device you created a new account instead of using the old one because I've checked here and your account was created today. Message our support
on this link and they'll help you find the original account where your subscription and music is 🙂

I just got a new iphone 8 and I am trying to use my deezer however its limiting me on what I can do even though i just paid for my subscription. Please help me!

@sailor03 is it asking you to subscribe or is it telling you that you're already connected on another device?
