Bank Card not accepted (country issue)


Hello,

I have my Deezer account since 2015. For several years now, it has been connected to my FRENCH bank card. I lost my french bank card to which the account was connected. I wanted to update my payment details today with my new french card and it says that I can't because the offer I pay for does not correspond to the country of my card.

I live in France, my address in deezer is French, I have been paying for deezer with my french card for several years now. I do not understand why suddenly I can't.

I would be grateful if you could look into this issue and enable me to update my payment details.

Hi there @alpakanah

Sorry abou that. I've had a brief look at your account and I can see that it's set to Slovenia. So you need to cancel the current subscription and resubscribe using your new card, in France, as the IP address is recognised. For more information, please contact our support team 😉

Thank you for your answer. How come that I was able to pay for several years with my last french card and now I suddenly can’t ? My subscription now ended and the offer I paid for 4 years was 6,99. The new offer they propose is 9,99 eur. I would like to renew my subscription under the same conditions I had earlier and not being forced into a new contract with less attractive conditions.
I would appreciate your help on how to proceed.
