All my music has disappeared


I recently logged out of my Deezer account only to log back in when i realoses that all my music and playlists had disappeared even tho they were all downloaded? Please can you get my playlists back! Thankyou

@Fiona Harris, if you can't find your music after logging back in, you are probably logged in with the wrong email address. Please log out and back in with the correct email address.

Also make sure to log in via facebook or google+ if that's how you singed up to Deezer :)

Let me know if you still have issues! :)

Hey Nico! Any chance you've logged back in with the wrong email address? If you have alternative email address maybe try those. 🙂
I have just tried to open my deezer app, which asked me to sign in although I hadn’t signed out. I signed in to find all my saved music gone and my subscription status as ‘free’ even though I have been paying £9.99 a month for the unlimited version for some time. I use the app on a regular basis and haven’t come across this problem before.

Hi @julie58, sound like you're logged in with the wrong email address. Please log out and back in with the email address of the Premium+ account. That should work 😉
I have lost all the favorites on my list. This has me very worried and sad.

I have one playlist with about 100 songs in it. Now I only have 2. I have checked my subscription and it has processed ok. My other playlists seem ok. I have also checked deleted playlists and there is nothing there
Please . I need help recover those songs

Hi @David Tobón Orozco, I checked your account and the one linked to email address you used to sign up on the communty and that one was created a couple of days. I assume you're logged in to the wrong account. Are there any other email addresses you're using at the moment or used in the past?

If so, please try to log in with those. Does that work?

My Deezer kicked me out and now when i want to listen to the songs it won't accept my login. What I have now it keeps on showing the ads, it's like I cant download songs and listen to my songs it makes it playlist which its nice but i would want to listen to my own playlist. I have paid the R10 for the premium package for 3 month but its not in use
I really dont know what to do, please assist.

I need to look at what app to look for my downloaded music.
Do you have any idea about what app ot is??
I signed up for the 3 month trial on Saturday, 3nd December. Paid my minimum trial subscription. Yesterday I noted all my playlists and downloads from my 1 month free beginning period was all gone BUT I did notice no adverts. Today, 5th December, I logged out completely and then logged back in and my old items are back BUT now I’m getting adverts again ?!?! Suggestions ?
