This looks to be fixed on the beta as of this morning, glad to see the back of Waze!

It happens on my iphone i always have waze ad as a banner

Hey @mahernehme! thanks for the further info. So can you confirm you get a Waze ad constantly and not only when using Deezer in the car? What iPhone model and iOS version do you have?
Now its becoming funny when you throw generic answer... as if you dont know that you have waze ad appearing on ios

Hey @mahernehme ! I see you have the lasted versions for both Deezer and iOS. If you confirm that you receive the ad constantly and not only when you connect your iPhone to your car, please perform this troubleshooting and let me know if it helps:

- Open the Deezer app to clear the cache, click on the heart symbol (bottom of the page) > gear wheel > App > Clear All
- On the same page also click on “empty Smart Cache” and slide the blue button towards the middle of the line. (You need to have at least 1 GB of free space available on your device)

**Please keep in mind this will remove any downloaded songs on this device, but you can easily download them again afterwards, from your “My Music”.**

- Test if you can use Deezer normally again. If not, please try these steps:
- Delete the Deezer App
- Restart your phone
- Install Deezer again

In case the issue continues, please send me a screenshot of the app settings page and of the error you get and we will go from there 😉

Its actually just for convenience when u connect your phone to your car. But i get it, there should at least have an option to turn it off.
Why will Waze not disappear after clicking the x every time I open the app. Also why am I getting ads when I pay for a service that states no ads when you subscribe!

Lately whenever I connect my phone to my car system via Bluetooth I get a Waze ad. I've seen your replies to other similar threads but frankly I'm disappointed you're defending this new "option".

First off it's an ad for a different app and isn't the point of Premium to not have any ads in the Deezer app? Second of all it's highly DANGEROUS because now I have to actively pay more attention to the screen because the ad pushes the Deezer layout down and I makes the navigation in app hard as you can't press on screen just by the habit of where something should be and keep your view on the road.

This is highly problematic as driving is not a position where an app should confuse and surprise its user by random, completely unexpected behaviour.

Please remove this Waze integration. You are not a navigation system company, you are a music streaming company and there are many many things you need to fix in your own app first to make the whole streaming experience better instead of doing idiotic things like this Waze ad.

BULLSHIT! IT'S STILL REAPPEARING EVERY TIME I CONNECT TO A BLUETOOTH DEVICE! BLOODY HELL I FEEL. STUPID FOR PAYING FOR AN APP WHICH STILL DISPLAYS ADS.

1 STAR review removed from Play Store as well. I'm not sure if it's Google or Deezer, but pathetic nontheless.

I did manage to find a service that claims to be able to add my favourites from Deezer to Spotify, so I'll be testing it this weekend, or maybe tomorrow.

So far it appears to work

Strange, wasn't my experience. Will test further this weekend. Perhaps I will have to resort to GPM. But not a fuck am I paying for something and it still has advertisements.

New app update out today, still advertising waze every time I connect.
Totally agree with Stephan Maritz and Harley Watson! Why am I paying for an app and still getting this annoying waze ad every time I connect to my car's Bluetooth! It doesn't matter how many times I click on the x.
This is very poor! Time to move to another service.

They are simply ignoring their subscribers until they stop complaining and get used to paying for advertisements. Pathetic.
