My Deezer account is being used by someone else

Hello, I keep finding music saved to my favourites and playlists that I have not set up or even listened to and also saying someone is listening the same time as I'm using my account. I have tried resetting my password, logging in and out and still having these issues??

Does this happens across all devices. Does it stops after 30 secs. in your phone, desktop app or browser?
Have you noticed anything weird in your favourites, playlists etc?

Hi, I noticed someone who is not in the subscription is using my account, I changed the pssword but this person still has access. It constantly shuts my music down saying someone else is using the device

We have unlinked all devices from the account and logged out of all devices where your Deezer account might be open. I have also sent you an email with a link to reset your password. Could you follow those steps and then inform me if the problem persists?

My music stops with a message that another device is listening from my deezer account. I have no other devices connected and even if so I have a premium plan which enables 3 devices to be connected .. what can I do ? I already tried changing my password. Didn’t do anything

Sorry to hear that. I've had a look at your account, unlinked your devices and carried out some maintenance to see if this helps. Please try changing your password once more and reinstalling the app. Let me know if the issue persists :wink:

Every time I want to listen to music, after 10-30 seconds it turns off and a notification pops up that someone else is listening at the moment.

I turned off all linked social networks and devices and changed the password, but the problem remained. 
what advice can you give to fix the problem?

I had weird songs in my favourites for weeks now and the artists in the recent research page were not mine ! I’m now having the message “Your deezer account is currently in listening mode on another device”. I did all of the above but it’s still doing it… I removed two unknown phone in the connected devices both on my computer and on my phone. I changed my password twice and deleted the app. I also turned off and on my phone but it’s still doing it :( 

I really don’t know what to do. I can see it’s someone from another country too because it changed the language of the account so I’m quite scared that it will hack another social media account of mine ! Could you help ? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I've same issue and changed my password, but still have the same issue.

Iam having this problem too. I have removed all links to accounts and changed my password. Its started happening in the last few weeks and its ruining my deezer play

I keep getting interrupted by the error; Hmm someone must be listening 

how do I resolve this? I have tried to uninstall and reinstalling the app, also changed my password but the problem persists. How can I resolve it?

Hi I am having a similar issue I keep trying to listen to music but then it pauses and a pop up comes up and says “this is a personal account only one device at a time can be listening” and I keep seeing more music I’d never listen to in my recently saved and played. I only have this account on one device can you help?

I have the same problem. I’m the only one authorized and keep finding songs I don’t listen to in my Just Heard playlist which is influencing my Flow…

Im having the same issue where someone else is using account which I would guess someone has hacked into as I only have this installed on one device. Changed password, uninstalled etc but problem persists can someone help????

Hello. I am having the same issue. I unlinked all the devices away from me and even tho it only plays in 1 of the 2 devices i have with me i keep getting the same error. It is getting very annoying. I have tryied everythi g but nothing helps

Him @martin.madariaga1 sorry if I am not understanding but you can only play in one device and on the other one you get the error message? Are you trying to play in both at the same time?

Hi, I've been having the same issue as everyone above! I keep finding random songs added to my favourites and a whole load of song searches I've never searched for.

Why is this happening?! Has deezer been hacked??
