Hi just want to know whats going on with my account. I went to use it the orther day all my music has been wiped. Told me i had no account and that i was on free pay and that i have to upgrade. But the last paymemt i made was novermber 24th. So what is going on!!!!

Hey Mark, I've checked here and you seem to have two accounts, one with your hotmail and one with a similar address but gmail. Make sure you login to Deezer with the gmail account as that's where your subscription and music is 🙂

My account is also gone and nobody in my family can get access on any of their devices. Had a Family account but now its reregistered me as a new user on a Trial membership. All my music is obviously also gone.

Sorry to hear that. But don't worry. I've had a look at your account and everything seems fine. So I've unlinked your Google login from the account and sent you a password reset email. Just change the password and login directly with email, not Google. Let me know if it helps 😉

Whilst I can now log in with my email, it still treats me like a trial user. All my music is gone despite the payment being made on 10 July 2019!

How do I at least then unsubscribe from Deezer to prevent further payments? I'd rather move on to a different music service given this ridiculous situation.

You are opening the wrong account, this one is Premium and it was created on 17-07-2019. lease contact our support team here and send them the proof of payment - they will be able to find the right Family account for you. 😉
Same here, my account disappeared, I couldn't log in, so I sent a "forgot my password" request and when I finally logged in, it was a new account and all my music and everything was gone. I've had a Premium account for a long time and it says I have a free account. Please help!!!

Sorry that's happened. Please get in touch with our support team here and send them confirmation of payment, they'll be able to trace your original account 👍🏼

Just replied you in another topic you are logged in the wrong account as you have used the account @outlook.com for the last time back in 2017.

I went onto my app and it asked for my cell number (no password). And when I got on all my music was gone and it was asking me to register for the free trial. 

 

Please let me know what I must do.

Deezer don’t wipe/delete user data unless you specifically ask them too!  It sounds like you’ve logged in using the wrong account.  Please check your records to see how you originally logged in.
