Account already in use


Recently when listening music, every minute or so, I’ll get an error along the lines of ‘your account is already in use on another device’ and the music will stop.

I’ve checked my linked devices and there is only the iPhone I’m currently using, nothing else.

Hope you can help, this is really annoying.

Hi @Rudi, I tried this, sadly it didn’t work either.

Some more info: these errors occur in bursts, if that makes sense. So sometimes I’ll be able to listen for an hour without any problems and sometimes it’ll happen every minute.

You have to reset your password and, if your account is linked to facebook/google, change their password too, please.
