3 months Summer Offer - May/June 2018


I paid for the 3 month subscription which costed £0.99. I used my account earlier in the day on a PC and my account was working perfectly. I have now opened the app on my phone, which has the same email as the one I used in College, and it shows I have switched to a free account and my subscription was refunded.

I just subscribed for three months for 0.99 it's working fine but when i saw my subscription plan it says my next payment should be after 4 days for 9.99?
[Solved] For anyone in the USA we use the month/day/year system...
Dezzer is a French company and they use the day/month/year format like most of the world.

I suggest contacting Deezer support directly to check why you didn't get the 0.99$ ...

@Peachell and @Joanne Williams Jobson everything seems fine here, try restarting your Deezer and making sure you're connected to the right account ;)

@Eli.Barbie if you change to HiFi now, your current offer would be automatically cancelled. You'd need to wait for your promotional period to be over or maybe give HiFi a try on a different account? Just be careful to keep an idea on the trials so you don't get charged twice on the future if you have more than one account :)

By "mew account" do you mean different email? Can I pay using the same Paypal account? Also, is there anyway to transfer my settings (playlists, favorites) between my two different accounts?

Yes, with a different email. You won't be able to create a second account with the same one, but it's ok to use the same paypal. Yes, it's possible to transfer. Send me a private message with the original account details, and the new account too and I'll sort this out 🙂

@narcizzo I don't know what went wrong. You should have been able to redeem the offer. You can't redeem the offer on that account anymore, since you've already activated the 30 day free trial. But please get in touch with our support team directly here and I'm sure they'll be able to help you with this 😉

The summer offer is still on! If you can't activate it on this account, try to create a completely new one and sign up for the offer there 🙂
I had a free promotional subscription on my android phone and enjoyed it so much I opened an account on my laptop under a different email - I think I was slightly worse for wear. I still have time on my promotion but its running out - when i go into my laptop it asks to send an SMS to my phone but i don't receive the message. How can I get the account from my laptop taken up on my android - I cant even change the email in my android to my laptop - and assistance warmly received!

Hi there, glad you're enjoying Deezer 😎

You now have two different accounts with different emails. All you need is decide which account you're going to use, and login with that email on both devices. So if you want to use the second account you created on your laptop on your android, just logout on your android (this link explains the login/logout process) and login again with the right account.

It's not clear from your message if you subscribed to the offer on the new account too, but if you did, don't forget to cancel the renewal of the first one or it's going to renew automatically and you'll end up being charged for both subscriptions, ok?

I have created a brand new account with another email, but still can't see the summer offer. The only offer I see if a "one free month of Premium+" one.
Can this be resolved manually somehow? Or can you check why my account is ineligible for this offer? I have never used any offers previously.

I RECIEVED an email saying try a 3 month premium+ Subscription for .99 cents. I paid the .99 cents and now the app tells me they are going to charge me 9.99 in just a few days. What's going on ?? It's only been one day :(

My Fitbit says I still need to enter code, but everything else says I’m good to go. What do I do?

I was offered a free upgrade to your family subscription for 3 months via my android app this evening; clicking to accept this I was taken to Web payment page only to be told I already have an active payment method and was taken to the Deezer web homepage. I am I not able to take up this offer?
