3 months Summer Offer - May/June 2018


I paid for the 3 month subscription which costed £0.99. I used my account earlier in the day on a PC and my account was working perfectly. I have now opened the app on my phone, which has the same email as the one I used in College, and it shows I have switched to a free account and my subscription was refunded.

I just subscribed for three months for 0.99 it's working fine but when i saw my subscription plan it says my next payment should be after 4 days for 9.99?

Hey there, I checked here and the next payment is scheduled for 3 months from now. Can you double check? Maybe you got the dates mixed up 🙂

Hi, I saw on the website that you are offering 3 months premium for 99p. I just downloaded the app and created an account but it doesn’t show me the offer, just one month free.

How can I get the 3months for 99p?

I have just paid (05.05.2018) for the offer of subscription 3 months for £9.99. Money been taken out but on my summary it says next payment is due 08.05.18 for another £9.99. Please clarify

Hey Tony, are you maybe trying to subscribe on your iphone? That would always take you to itunes and for the offer you need to subscribe directly to us, not via Apple. If you go to this link from a browser, it should work 🙂 https://www.deezer.com/en/offers

Hey Jessica, I deleted the image to protect your personal info but take a closer look the date of the next payment is actually the 5th of august, three months from now so all good 😉
i've subscribed to the 3mos for 20pesos offer by deezer (phils). upon subscribing, i was charged 20 for today and i'll be charged 129 after 3days (based from the confirmation email). i was expecting to be charged 20 for the next 3 months. can you check on this, thanks.

They charged me P20 then after a while they returned back the P20 to my account.

@d3rd please double check the date, you could be mistaken day and month. you will be charged in 5th of August, not 8th of May 😉

@Neil Corpuz that could be something wrong with your payment and that's why it was returned. This topic explain some common reasons for refused payments or you can contact our support and they'll check that for you 🙂

Hey Emma everything seems fine here with your offer so make sure you're connected to the right account. Also, the date is set for 3 months from now so make sure you're not mixing day/month with month/day 🙂

your subscription is active on the account setup with the same email you used to login to the community 🙂
