Why can I not find the new deal deezer has on for the 3 months for 99p. I'm wanting to come back

That could be because you've had a trial period before - which means you may have not met the criteria. Keep an eye on the app and your email for further offers this Summer 😉

Hi, installed the app. It says 99p offer for 3 months. But when I login, it then says 9.99 for 3 Months.

Deezer Google ad also says 99p but when clicking through, it then says 9.99.

Please help.

This offer is for new users only...
I have had this email in Aug 2019 and it's the same.When I click through to get the 99p for 3 months offer it says not allowed and offers me 30 days instead.
I don't recall using any offer before.Just don't understand.

Have you tried form another device? I recommend trying from a computer.
If you still get this message, please send an email to our support team here, they will be able to check your account you.
I have been participating in the program for three months, and after the end of the first month the service has been discontinued.
Please solve the problem
