Wrong number of devices error message on iOS [Current issue]

I can’t use the offline feature or download anything because it says I already have 3 devices connected. I actually don’t as I only use my phone and it says that this isn’t connected. When I go to the connected devices there were two iPhones there with random times/dates connected. So I deleted them but I still can’t use the download/offline feature. I am a premium subscriber. Any ideas anyone? Other than deleting the app and reinstalling which is what I’ve done before but I lose all my previous downloads.

Hi there, we've had some other users reporting this issue and we're already investigating it. What Deezer and iOS version are installed on your phone?

Also in the meantime please unlink all linked devices from your account and restart the app. Does that help for now?
I only have deezer on this phone yet it won’t let me download a playlist saying I am linked to 3 accounts I don’t understand as when I’ve went into my devices there is only one linked

i can’t find a way to unlink devices but I can just delete them. I can’t delete all devices and I did this before and it still didn’t solve the issue but for some reason this time it did. For some reason it’s duplicating devices so I’m going to have to keep checking until this gets fixed with an update. Thanks again
For some reason my account is not letting me sync my music (which has all previously been synced and now isn’t)
its telling me I’m connected to too many devices but I’ve only ever been connected to my phone?

All of my playlists are no longer downloaded because Deezer is saying I have 9 devices registered to my account, but there are only 4 phones connected which is correct for a family plan. I did log in on my computer one day so I am not sure if that is why, but that is still not 9 devices! Does this have something to do with updates on Deezer or the iphones? I have to leave for holidays and I cannot use my music. Deezer is prompting me to upgrade to Premium. I wish I could call for help, I hope this is answered...

Hello, I have been having trouble accessing my downloaded music or downloading anything new as I keep getting the error message that I an already connected to five devices even though I have been always had two devices linked. Whenever I go to the linked devices section I find duplicates of my primary phone and even after deleting them I am not able to get rid of the error.
Hello! About a week ago I’ve started experiencing a quite strange problem. The thing is, after I’ve bought new smartphone under iOS 11.4 and connected it to Deezer under Premium+ subscription, music app constantly keeps re-adding my device until it hits the limit of three of them. And then I, obviously, at some point can’t use Premium features anymore until I won’t clear those “copies” manually. Have anyone faced such problem and is there any solution?

Crap don’t know how I tagged this as the best answer and can’t seem to undo it. Anyway it is indeed an annoying problem and I hope someone can help us with it.

Everytime i try to download an album deezer tells me that i've reached limit of synced devices. I only own a mac (listen to deezer via web) and an iphone. So in settings i see three linked mobile devices, all of whic were last synced few days ago. I delete them and still can't get anything downloaded.
I have latests iOS and latest deezer app version. As well as pleny of space on my phone.
Any ideas how to fix it?

Still I unlinked the one device now. Please log out of the app and back in. Does that help?

I have the same problem with IOS. As my family has both IOS and Android , than I see that IOS only generates “new” devices. I delite this “new” copy of devices and still I can not using Deezer intill I reload the main phone. The main family account is connected to IPhone 6, IOS version 11.4

Hi Daniel, we have an issue with linked iPhones at the moment. I unlinked your phone now. Please log out of the app on iPhone and back in . Does that help?
I checked my connected devices this morning in the app and noted that my iphone showed up multiple times. I deleted all except the last one and listened to music. When I checked connected devices again this afternoon, I see my iphone listed multiple times again?
Same Problem here
I use Deezer on my phone and iPad.

I am a a premium member.

I keep getting messages sating saying I can no download music because that is only allowed on THREE devices. Obviously I only have 2.

I go go into settings to find my phone listed multiple times, so I clear it. But the problem keeps coming back. Very annoying.

Any help mich appreciated.
