When it comes to technical difficulties the simplest answer is usually the correct one.
Firstly, turn it off and on again.
If that didn’t work, we’ve tried to help by including ‘symptoms,’ so you can relate what you see on Deezer with the right issue and solution.

Flash

Other bits and bobs that might be useful

Clear your cache
Try clearing your browser cache (if you’re not sure how, just search for ‘how to clear my cache’ in your web browser). Then log out and log in again.
Try a new browser

How many tabs do you have open? Depending on the power of your computer, sometimes loads of open tabs affects Deezer’s performance.
Location
Try logging into your Deezer account from a different computer in a different location.
If you can log in and play music without any issues, let us know! Then we will know it is something in your current setup that is causing problems.
If none of these get you streaming, have a search, and see if anyone has posted a thread with the same or a similar problem.

@Julia Shevchenko, I moved your comment to this existing topic. Let me know if that helps 🙂
deezer not autoplaying like it used to on desktop. Using Chrome Browser.
I have a similar problem on Firefox 57.0.2 (64 bits), desktop PC Windows 10.
After a few songs, the music stops playing or plays in bits and pieces.
I do not want to use the app, so hope this gets solved quickly.
When I am listening music in Web or Desktop version, I usually got the same troubles such as: after 50-75 songs playlist is closing, or white screen apear and there is no possible solution accept reload page or reboot app.

Hi @Andrey Alexeev , please do the troubleshooting above 😉
I'm getting reliable tab crashes on Firefox 58 / Ubuntu 16.04; when are you going to catch up with the current century and drop flash?

Hi @m0n5t3r we did 😉 You just need to click on the gear wheel next to my music --> Deezer Labs --> and activate the "New Firefox audio player" 🙂
Let me know if that helps.
works, thanks
Hi, the player does not play the next song since yesterday. I use deezer on mac desktop and google chrome.

I can't change the song on Firefox 57.0.4 (Windows 7 PC). When I am playing one song and I click on other one, all that changes is the artwork and the title of the song in the corner. I have no premium. Please, help.
Well, I think there's really nobody out there to reply us. All I received was an automated message, probably from a robot!

@ppinocchio I see here that you don't have a subscription active. Do you have an adblocker enabled? That could be interfering.
Hi Ana, I have been using deezer free for months without any problems. I always had adblocker disabled. So the problem should not be on my side. And admiralhax also has the same problem. Thank you.

Hi ppinocchio, admiralhax has the issue on firefox and you have them on chrome, right? I just tested in Chrome and had no issues. Can you try to delete the cache and cookies and try again?

Hi there, please click on the gearwheel next to my music --> Deezer Labs and enable the new audio player. Does that help?

The new player doesn't help. It's still the same.
Hi, same problem here. Since a bit more than one week I can play one song but not more (no auto-play, click on next one isn't working nether). The only way to get another song playing is to reload the page. It happens on all my computer (all on Firefox). Configuration: Firefox 57.0.4 (64), Adobe Flash 27.0, Adblocker deactivated, HTML5 for Firefox enable in the Lab. It was all playing well before. I'm getting used to play music on other websites... Please fix it quickly!

I just wanted to mention that you can add Opera to the list of supported browsers, it uses the same Chromium engine as Chrome, so it also supports HTML5 and Adobe Flash. Furthermore you can install all Chrome plugins with it by installing the related add-on, e.g. the Last.fm web scrobbler plugin:

https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/download-chrome-extension-9/

Hi,

I've been having problems with the player for three days. Only the first song is played, then it stops. It happens to me as much in I.E as in Chrome.
So I can not be, give me a solution.

Thanks and Best regards.

Hi there, I just tested it and had no issues. Any extensions or addons enabled in your browsers? Also does Deezer run in the background when this happens or are you actively using the tab in the browser at that time?
Hello, my name is Charles, I’m french, …so excuse me if I make mistake in english.

When I go to Deezer.com, I noticed that it doesn’t work because
I muse install Adobe Flash Player, but I have already it... Moreover, it's the
last version. Indeed, I often do updates ... So, normally, it couldn't be an
issue.
Furthermore, I tried to check if it's the same issue in another computer and I noticed that sadly, Deezer doesn't work anymore.

@RUCKEBUSCH.Charles-Louis Please read through the steps mentioned in this article.
If that doesn't help, I'd suggest you enable HTML5 on Firefox by clicking on the gear wheel next to my music --> labs --> new audio player

Does that help?
