:cyclone: Endless loading? If your phone app isn't loading the tracks or it's stuck with the message "Error: requested content is not loading", don't worry :smirk: . Try the steps mentioned below.

After each step, try playing the music again. If it’s still not working, go to the next step.

Steps for Android

  1. Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar)
  2. Try another network (4G or Wifi)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app
  5. Un-install the app and re-install the app

Steps for iOS

  1. Quit and relaunch the app
  2. Try another mobile (4G or Wifi)
  3. Empty Smart Cache
  4. Restart the phone
  5. Clear the app data
  6. Delete the app and reinstall it

Hey @ciccio83

Sorry to hear that. Apologies for the reply in English - Italian isn't supported in our community yet :thumbsup_tone2:

Have you tried the steps above? If yes, perhaps it's best to follow guidance from one of our colleagues in the Customer Care team here.

Every time the app tries to play Dance Monkey by Tones and I, it fails to play. Only seems to be this track. Catalogue issue?

I'm using Android 10 on a One Plus running their Oxygen OS. App version 6.2.14.45

It could be @MattB100

Have you tried clearing the app's cache to see if it plays? If not, post the link here and I'll check it with our catalogue teams

Nevermind, there was a song that wasn't playing so I wrote about it, but then I cleared the cache and it worked out. But thank you for asking. I wish I could just delete a message if I solved my problem. Why there's no such a button there?

Feedback noted for our provider @vita keep us posted about any track problems or anything, really.

I can delete the comment if you want, but there's no need :relaxed:

Hi there @vita

Thanks for coming back, sorry it didn't help.

Is this happening to random tracks? If it's happening to the same ones, please post the link for them here and I'll test on our side.

In the meantime, try changing the audio quality settings to see if it helps. Keep me posted!

Hey @Jaypatt99

Thanks for letting us know.

Sorry that's happening. Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card (if applicable)
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card (if applicable)

Let us know how it goes :thumbsup_tone2:

Hi there, I got the free trial and everything worked well, however today the music is freezing even the downloaded tracks.

I've downloaded this app a week ago on my Pixel 5.

I log into app and try play anything. A circle spins and says just a few seconds and that's as far as I get. Please help

Hey @Jaime. I reinstalled the app and all is working now. Thanks a lot :D

Hi please help me.

I have a premium account and deezer keeps randomly cutting each song a number of times and resuming.

I use a very new Note20, from LG6. I have just increased the "space allowed for Smart Cahce" from 20gb to 39gb, so far 3songs it hasn't cut. But this comes and goes. Please let me know other solutions..

  • If you're on Android, you can clear your cache to see if it helps. For that, you need to go on settings > app > clear all
  • If you're on iOS, all you need to do is to reinstall the app

can you please make your app to skip rather than stop at those that it cant play, very annoying when i have to do it manually while on a jog!
