:cyclone: Endless loading? If your phone app isn't loading the tracks or it's stuck with the message "Error: requested content is not loading", don't worry :smirk: . Try the steps mentioned below.

After each step, try playing the music again. If it’s still not working, go to the next step.

 

Steps for Android

  1. Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar)
  2. Try another network (4G or Wifi)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app
  5. Un-install the app and re-install the app

Steps for iOS

  1. Quit and relaunch the app
  2. Try another mobile (4G or Wifi)
  3. Empty Smart Cache
  4. Restart the phone
  5. Clear the app data
  6. Delete the app and reinstall it

Since last update it glitches regularly, it never did before. 

On streaming songs, not downloaded. Tried reinstall and different networks. 

I'm paying for your service, since there isn't any problems with you loading my money, I don't want any problems using your service. Fix your app.

Have you tried the troubleshooting above? Also, do you have a sd card, anti virus or battery saver?

App crashes on start when I connect my Audeze Mobius through BT. Without BT everything works fine. Fix pls.

Yes I have tried troubleshooter, it didn’t help.

Dont have SD card. Have antivirus, Bitdefender, but I have had it before also.

Have battery saver but it happens also when phone is plugged for charging. Before i used to set some artist playlist streaming for the night, phone charger plugged and connected via bluetooth to hifi system and it worked perfectly.

Now, as you can see in pic i posted, it is playing some song and at random time of song just pops message “failed to play”, retry button doesnt do anything. If I press cancel and skip to next song it is playing normaly, and then try to go back to previous which stopped and get same error. 

It isnt that it doesnt even start playing, it drops error message randomly and then stops, can just cancel and skip to next. It is very annoying, for example when I go cycling and set playlist playing, then have to stop every once in a while to unblock music.

@pvnucec, I see, sorry about that :slight_frown: Can you try changing the audio quality? I guess you’re listening to HiFi quality, try HQ quality and let me know if you have the same kind of error. This would enable us to identify the issue.

Already tried it. Not fixed.

Got MIUI 12 if it maters. 

Found fix. It works when i disconnect from wifi, but why? Is there anyway to fix it without disconnecting from net?

I am so disappointed . Any 2 seconds I ve got this message. I'm paying for your service, since there isn't any problems with you loading my money, I don't want any problems using your service. Fix your app.

Found fix. It works when i disconnect from wifi, but why? Is there anyway to fix it without disconnecting from net?

turn your wifi directly from the modem and your device at the same time for about 3 min

Hello @Soukèna Chihab, if you’re having issue playing music on your smartphone, I suggest you follow the troubleshooting steps in the diagram at the beginning of this topic, they will help you clear the temporary data that are likely to be the cause of your issues. Let us know how it goes.

I am new user and soon to be an ex user. Using my LGV30 mobile it is impossible to have tracks play consistently. It appears there is some issue connecting no matter if I use wifi or mobile network. Other apps like Tidal and Spotify work just fine. I really want to give Deezer a chance to become my HiFi streaming service. Please know I do not have this issue with the osx app.

 

The clock is ticking on my subscription so please get back to me with suggestion or solution as soon as you can. Thanks and take care

Hello @Onionhead, sorry about this poor experience. Could you try the troubleshooting at the beginning of this topic? The diagram summarises the different steps, the order is important. It solves most issues on Android, that are often caused by errors in the temporary data on your phone.

Hi, I just wanna report that Taylor Swift's song "...Ready For It?" from her album "Reputation" is not loading. It's just this song, the others work just fine. Please fix it. Thanks!

I have some weird issues with a few songs. I have listened to over 200 songs in my library without any issues, but two of them have some issues, there’re two songs with the same title “Maroon 5 - One More Night” from the same album “Overexposed”, the only difference is that one album has a few more songs in it. The problem is, that one of these two tracks can play without issues on desktop app and web, while the other track stops at 0:15 and shows "An error occurred please try again later" message, but I can play both tracks on my phone without issues.

And another issue I have, is that one song, from the album “Chromatics - Kill For Love (Deluxe Edition)” with the title “Into The Black” simply won’t play on my phone, but it does play without issues on desktop app and web. And the same track from the album “Chromatics - Kill For Love” (non-deluxe / standard edition) can play without issues on both, desktop app/web and my phone.

This may seem like a minor issue, but it’s very frustrating. I reported the songs, but nothing was fixed yet. This is some weird and buggy algorithm.

I don’t know about other songs and albums yet, but I don’t want to run into this kind of issues with other tracks.

I’ve tried all the tips. The music fails to play on the phone, tablet or PC. The same message. Tried reinstalling the APP but since it is also not playing via Chrome, it is not a problem with the app but service. 

Very dissapointing. Looking into options to move favourites to another provider. 

Hi..I'm getting the "Error:failed to play" problem time and time again. I'm on the latest version, using android 10 through miui 12. I've tried using both WiFi and 4G and the same tunes error again and again. I've previously tried the "fix" and it doesn't work so either something needs to be done about this long standing problem or i walk to another app. Something I don't want to do but this is getting ridiculous now

The first track is “Maroon 5 - One More Night”. It plays normally on mobile, but it cuts of on web player and desktop app with “an error occurred please try again later” message at exactly 0:15.

Hey, I just ran into another problem. The entire album "Spis Rzeczy Ulubionych" by Polish singer Andrzej Piaseczny is not loading at all. I tried playing other albums by the same performer and they work fine, so there's something wrong just with this one particular album. Could you please fix it?

No me permite escuchar música, se queda cargando, estoy pagando por un servicio muy malo, por favor ayúdenme o pata mirar si cancelo y continúo con otra app

The Decca recording of Wagner's Die Meistersinger with Herbert von Karajan and the Dresdner Staatskappeller is considered the best recording of this opera and one of the greatest of all times.

I disvoveres it on Deezer and some time ago it stopped loading, so I cannot listen to it.
