Tried several times to generate PW reset code. No email (6digit code). No, it hasn't gone to spam. Yes, email acc is working fine. Help please.

I was logged out of my Deezer app, tried logging back in and the password was said to be incorrect. I requested a password reset and I have not received the reset email. Please help.

Hi @STOP USING MY ACCOUNT I have killed session in all devices where the account could be open and I sent you a password request link to your email. Please click on the link and enter a new password.

I’ve been trying to reset my password for a couple of weeks because someone is using my account but I can't because I didn't receive any code in my email. please try to resolve this

Am also having the same issue, i have tried multiple times to unlink my facebook and to request a reset password so i will be able to share my deezer Family package with my family but am not receiving any mail, please help

Sorry you're experiencing that. We've had a small problem with the reset emails. I've tried to send you one now, please have a look and if you haven't got it, contact our support team here.

Isubscribe to deezer and have the same issue. On desktop i subscribed with gmail but cannot sign in with gmail account on android app. So i asked a reset mail so i can sign in on anroid app with mail and password but i didnt receive it. I tried to link to a fb account so i can sign in on android app but the fb linking is not working.
I paid for 3 month and i am stuck outside. I am very surprised of such a poor experience since the beginning of the process. Please do something to fix it or let me know at leat how i can ask a reimbursal.
