Can someone please explain to me why my subscription says I'm enjoying it for free but then they took money out of my bank account today. I don't even know how they got my account information and my money back. I don't even use the app it came with my fit bit. I do not need to o be paying for this. Someone please help me I can't even find where to Unaubscribe ormanage my subscription and it's really freaking me out!!!

@Leah Marie Chiuppi You most likely entered you payment details when you signed up for the 3 months fitbit offer. And you were informed about the fact that this offer will renew automatically when not cancelled on time. Anyway, I couldn't find the payments or the premium account. Please check the answer on the first post here and get in touch with our support team directly. They'll be able to find the payments and help you with it 🙂

I am not sure I understand. I could see that your account is on free now since you have cancelled the subscription. If you have been charged anyway please see above on how to request a refund 😉
I don't have an active subscription but my credit card was charged how do get a refund?
Hi. I've got a problem. A pretty long time ago I ended my Premium membership, however for some reason this month, your app took 9.99£ out of my card, even if I'm not using the app and I didn't even had it on my phone. I'm really confused why the app switched back to the premium version without my permission an I need my money back as it wasn't my choice to change it.

I tryed the new hifi deezer from the 01.09.19 and I can see that I have now paid double 99 kr. and 199 kr. for september. Can you please fix this

I had to change the card I use to pay my account last month. The correct amount was taken off my new card for September and I am not due to pay until 28/10/18. Deezer has sent me an email today saying they cannot get payment from my card but they are using the old card number and my payments are up to date anyway. What is happening?

Why has a payment for family been taken when I’m on free 1 month trial I did request to go onto family but it said there was a problem completing payment
