How do I delete my Deezer account? (only for Deezer Free)
Im trying to delete my free deezer account but i cant because im not subscribed, is still possible to delete it ?

If I use my Deezer account on a browser and if I go to my account settings, I can see this:
This can be seen when having a Premium or a Free account.

Hey there. Iโm proud to join this 5-year-old discussion onย how to accomplish the simple task of deleting an account.
Yeah, they havenโt figured out an easy way to accomplish it yet.ย So, trying to follow the instructions:
- Open Internet browser Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorerย or Safari
- Type inย www.deezer.com
- Log into your Deezer account
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
- ...
And 4. is exactly where everything goes wrong. Hereโs what I have when I reach the step 4.:
No profile picture, no Account Settings option andย no Delete My Account option. Now what?
Gotta appreciate when application is so bad that it tries to make you stay by making it impossible to delete your account ๐

If you havenโt tried to delete your account yet, just follow these steps on a PC or Mac (not mobile phone or tablet) please:
- Open Internetbrowser Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorerย or Safari
- Type in www.deezer.com
- Log into your Deezer account
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
- Selectย Account Settings
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and selectย Delete my account
- Enter your Deezer password and click onย Delete my account
- You will receive a final validation email
- Click on the link to delete your account
If you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please let me know and I'll delete it for you. Please keep in mind that by doing thatย you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

I have been trying to delete my account and still am unable to. I had followed the instructions and it did not work so could you please delete my account and email me when it is done.

I've replied to you on another topic. Are you referring to your Deezer account, or your community account? If it's because of the community and notifications, you can deactivate them from your profile settings. Alternatively, I can delete the community account as well. For that, please just send me a PM confirming it 😉

How do I do the same? I cant seem to delete even via the web. It does not give me the option for account setting. All I have is manage my account but no option for delete.

I just got deezer and didn't like it so I am trying to delete my account, but every time I enter my password and try to delete it, it just says check your password. I know for a fact that my password is correct since I logged in with it. I'm logged in with Google if that matters.
