Grace period for failed payment

Okay so my payment details failed due to having lack of funding in account, how long does their grace period last for I get paid in a few days just don't want it to expire.....

My automatic payment did not go, kindly retry it

usually the system tries again automatically after one or two days, so no need to do anything for now, but if the subscription was cancelled because of the failed payment, then you need to resubscribe with your payment details again.

Hi, I have received an email to say that my payment has failed, I did a 3 month trial and wish to stay on with deezer, however I wasn’t aware of the date the money would be leaving my acount on in March, I don’t actually get paid until 23rd of March, can I set it up to come out at this date or shortly after this date?

My payment failed because I cancelled credit card that was compromised. How do I remove the deactivated card from account. Added new card number but old card still appears for payment. Tried to  Resubscribed but system unavailable.

I've had an email that my payment today was unsuccessful, I'm not sure what your grace period is but i don't usually get payed until the 30th of the month is it possible to change the payment day to just after this date?

Hey my payment was due today but hadn't loaded any money to my account but I'm expecting my payment this week could my subscription be valid till 15th? before I start switching cards

Hi @beast , I can't tell you when your account would be downgraded to free but Deezer will automatically try again on 07/01/2018. 🙂

My renewal failed due to limited funds in my bank account. I have added the required funds to my bank account, how do i prompt deezer to retry the renewal

Hi @XoticBuddafly, I've checked the system, and everything is in order for your payment in December.

However, for the upcoming payment, you'll need to add the new payment method details to your Deezer account.

Hey! I have haad deezer+ since last summer and today i forgot to out more money to my bank account so the payment didn’t work.i got an email to change the paying method so i did but i still cant pay. What should i do?

@Rob.van.Deursen I checked here and your last payment was actually chargedback so that means the subscription was automatically cancelled. To reactivate it, you need to resubscribe on this link - https://www.deezer.com/en/offers/ 🙂
Hi, I always pay my monthly subscription via PayPal. Today I got the payment failed email from you because there were no funds available. I then refunded the account, went to 'Change my payment method' and hit 'Update' so that a new payment transaction will start. Unfortunately the payment is still refused even though now funds are available. I tried this several times but with the same result. Is there something that can be done? Thank you.

Hi, please don't change the payment method, subscribe again with the new payment. Open your account from a computer and subscribe again 🙂 Let me know if it works!

Hi there, are you only trying paypal as a payment method? If so, when exactly does this message appear? Are you already on the paypal page when this message appears or does it happen before?

Yes, I am only trying with paypal. I am not redirected to the PayPal page at all. The error message appears immediately after I click 'Start subscription'.

I have premium subscription and my payment mode was tight to PayPal account.
My credit card which was assigned to PayPal expired, so Diser fail to get monthly fee day before yesterday. Today I attached new card to PayPal account.
Will payment to Diser goes automatically or I need to do something?
