error switching from Premium to Family

I have an error when trying to switch to Family

When choosisng Family plan i have error message

How can I switch the plan?


I used to change plan few years ago both ways (premium -> family, and after a while back to premium) and there were no problems like this

In order to upgrade from Premium to Family account you first need to cancel your premium account , After your account switched to free mode ,re subscribe to Family .
