I have sent information as requested but i did not get any response, I even sent proof of my subscription today. I have been a member of premium since July 2019 but due to login issue on dezeer mobile app, i had to uninstall and install it again. Thereafter i lost my account and the app want me to subscribe again. To avoid double subscription please assist to retain my original account.

Hi, I can see that someone replied to your email 13 minutes after you sent on monday. My colleague Veronica also found another account with a different email.
