Hi there, sorry about that. Can you try to uninstall and reinstall the app and see if you still have this problem?
Since Sunday I’m experience a similar behavior but in my case is using Random play on any of my list what I’m doing to remove the ads is going to my account option I the app it’s show the priemium page and the ads goes away for around 24 hours after that ads again is really annoying

Hi @Paris Valdivieso

please try logging out, restarting your phone, then logging back in again. If that doesn't work then try this (in this order):-

log out of the app
uninstall the app
RESTART YOUR PHONE
download/install the app
Log in

See how you get on and let us all know 🙂
I’m experiencing the same and am completely fed up. I get the same 3 ads on repeat between every song,
ill try the suggested fix but if it doesn’t work then I’ll be cancelling my subscription and going elsewhere for my music streaming.

Hi @goudgey

As the tip from @Rob Igo may not have worked for you, I've unlinked all devices from you account and sent a password reset email. Please change your password and login again to see if the problem persists. And then let me know 😉

Hi, I am experiencing ads on Deezer premium this last month when listening to podcasts, v annoying. any chance of a fix?

@rekkapix

Deezer cannot influence advertising before or in podcasts. Only feeds from the various operators are passed through.

Thanks. However these ads are not embedded in the podcasts, they are popups if you get me. They are happening at the Deezer end, as I've listened to the same podcasts via free apps and ads like this have never happened until I've started listening in Deezer.

I would like to edit my previous comment, but it has been taken out of my list of comments, so I cannot CORRECT my wording. This forum is … becoming a pain in the back.

TO CLARIFY:

IF(!!!) Deezer is “only piping through external streams” it is POSSIBLE that even “popup advertisement” is included by external services. THAT needs clarification. IF Deezer is putting ads to podcasts themselves, THAT needs clarification.
I *assume* from “dee_dirk”’s comment above that MAYBE an external provider is changing every single stream that is piped through Deezer - if so, I wonder if that is in Deezer’s interest in the first place, since they’d loose control over what nonsense is being broadcast THROUGH their systems?

I would have liked to change the rough sound of my previous comment, but this forum does not allow me to (my comment is “gone” for moderation), so I want to partially apologize and partially ask for Deezer to make their stand CLEAR.

Hey @rekkapix @m.a. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem while listening to podcasts.
As @dee_dirk mentioned some podcasts contain embedded advertisements.
However, if you can provide the list of podcasts with their URL on Deezer in which you are getting ads, our music team will be able to investigate and address this issue.
Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks in advance for your help. :nerd:

@m.a. No problem, I understand your frustration.
If you would like me to remove your first post, please let me know.
Thanks :)

Thanks, @Jaime. I think it’s fine the way it’s presented right now, no need for the “first version” :-)

Thanks @Jaime.

As I mentioned above, I had listened to this series on a free app prior to starting to listen via Deezer and there were never ads.  This is an example https://deezer.page.link/xL7TVnWuwtcLVoyT9

I had a 1 minute peloton advert interrupt

Appreciate it
