Hi,I was wondering if anyone also has this on their Android phone or tablet?If I go to the artists page (favorites) the page looks wrong. Some artists aren’t showing any picture and there is also something else.On iOS and on the browser also the same artists aren’t showing their picture.I already cleared the cache→ didn’t helpI already deleted and reinstalled Deezer→ didn’t helpI installed Deezer on a different device→ didn’t helpLast thing I’m going to try later this week is installing the beta.Android 13 with Deezer 8.0.1.32
I was just wondering which issues are still “in progress” at Deezer at the moment? And I mean Windows, Mac, Android, iOS? What isn’t been fixed yet?Chromecast (all)* MS2004 error/using Deezer abroad (iOS and Android) Crossfade (Desktop) Deezer Connect (make it like Tidal or Spotify)*For me the most important at this moment.Can we add more to this list or is this it? What issues are current and which issues are older and have not been fixed yet?
Often I’m reading the reviews on the AppStore or on the Google Playstore. And sometimes there are bad reviews with 1 or 2 stars with an issue that can be easily fixed or explained.Isn’t there someone from Deezer who van answer those reviews? Or point them to the support site?
In my favorites I’ve got a couple of artists where you can’t see “similar artists”. I really like this option if this is available.But I’ve notished that some artists didn’t had it and after a couple of months “similar artists” is available.Isn’t there an option to send to you “similar artists” so that you can add this to the artist? Because without those “similar artists” there is no mix available or they don’t show in the created playlists.
Well, I’m just curious:In the past when using Deezer on my Android phone, there was a Deezer icon in the Android bar (where you also can see the clock and battery).Now it’s not there anymore?
