Hi, Since I use the family Deezer, the sound quality is bad (yes it is on high fidelity) and it stutters. The volume also goes up and down, even during one song. And yes, audio normalisation is on. Tried it off, even worse. To rule things out:Not the problem of the internet connection. Fast enough and I have this problem at home and at work. Sound is great on Spotify and Youtube. Bluetooth is working fine. I'm listening with wireless Bose headphones. Tried another identical headphone and bluetooth dongle. No difference Played on Windows app, Google chrome browser, mobile Android phone. All crap. Tried different artists and albums.So, what else is there to rule out?? Thanks.
Hi,Use it mainly on a Windows 10 64bit desktop, but the problem is also on my Android phone. The episodes are in reversed order. Starts with ep.10 and ends with ep.01 (for example). So everytime an episode ends, I need to manually select the next episode. An example is Locked up abroad podcast. The order is not very important for that podcast though.
Hi,We have a family account with several accounts, making it possible to listen to Deezer with 6 persons. So far, so good. But now the bad:We have Sonos and a car radio that only can have 1 account installed. My wife and I have the same account with all the favorite podcasts, playlists etc. So when I listen to Deezer at work and she is listening on the Sonos or in the car, it conflicts… Why isn't it just possible to listen with 6 persons, no matter on what account?? This is really inconvenient. Or am I missing something?? I can remember that is wasn't like this with Spotify.
