Song/Artist/Album isn't on Deezer - What happens if I can't find the music I want?Guide

DEEZER CATALOGUE - something is missing We're really sorry to know the tracks you love isn't on Deezer. Not all artists and rights' holders choose to add their music on our platform. We always respect their wishes so some music isn't available or might be temporarily removed. Some of the reasons for this are: RIGHTS' HOLDERS If an artist has a large discography with different rights' holders controlling different albums you can sometimes find gaps in the catalogue - if a certain rights' holder hasn't yet agreed to allow the music they control to be streamed online. TERRITORY Streaming rights are also defined by territory - country, region, location. The tracks that appear in the search box when you're looking for music are the songs that are available in all territories. In a small number of cases, a user in a different country may not have access to different tracks so an "unavailable in your country" message appears when they try to listen to it. SO WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Endless loading? If your phone app isn't loading the tracks or it's stuck with the message "Error: requested content is not loading", don't worry . Try the steps mentioned below.After each step, try playing the music again. If it’s still not working, go to the next step. Do you know those albums where you can't figure out when a track starts and ends? Melodies seamless moving from one to another, like an eager humming-bird from flower to flower … Of course you do! Put the philosophical moment aside, you've been asking us about this feature for quite some time now We've worked and worked hard to finally deliver to you a standard you deserve: Gapless playback. The feature isn't surely new to the world but it took some sweat to be implemented in our super vast catalogue. In fact, we're doing this gradually so that your listening experience runs smoothly, without any hiccups - literally For those who aren't familiar with the technical stuff, this is what we're talking about: Audio formats such as MP3 and FLAC add tiny little gaps of silence before and after the track, which can be disruptive to listening when the content recorded wasn't intended to have gaps between each track - a good example being a recording of a live album or concert. As of today, iOS users are also able to catch the songs that caught their ears! SongCatcher, Deezer's track recognition feature, identifies any song from a library of over 56 million tracks worldwide, meaning that unknown songs you hear on films, TV, waiting rooms and restaurants can be just a few seconds away from your playlist.The SongCatcher button can be found just below the search bar in your Deezer app. Once it is identified, the song will be displayed on your screen with the title, artist name and the cover of the album where the song belongs to. You'll then have the option to add it directly to your favorites and playlists.
