Bonjour, j'ai souscrit sur Vente privée le 24/07/17 une offre cumulée avec la carte FNAC pour un abonnement DEEZER Premium + que j'ai payé 60 euros, VP n° 220209982, or je n'ai pas réussi à me connecter. J'ai donc essayé de rentrer mes titres de réservation, mais sans succès. Apres quelques temps j'ai voulu me reconnecter sur mon compte et je viens de m'apercevoir que j'ai été prélevé à nouveau de 9,99 euros le 7/10, alors que j'ai déjà payé pour l'année via l'abonnement sur Vente privée.com. Pouvez vous me contacter par téléphone pour que je comprenne pourquoi cela ne fonctionne pas comme convenu. Mon accès à la musique lui est bien fonctionnel. Deezer HiFi skipping on Sonos, some individual speakers intermittently dropping out then reconnecting. Sometimes I'll get the insufficient network speed message on the Sonos app. My internet connection is 100Mbps and very reliable. Deezer app on my phone works fine. All other sources streaming through Sonos such as a local server, Podcasts and radio stations all work fine with no skipping or speaker dropouts. I've reset Sonos system, router, deleted Deezer account and reinserted it as per previous Deezer advice. Any ideas on how to fix this, or should I just cancel and subscrible to Apple music?
When I change the volume on my windows 10 pc a Deezer banner appears in the top left corner of the screen. How do I remove this? This happens while using the Deezer desktop application. I understand its usefulness but there should be a way to turn it off. It can be quite obnoxious for users.
Hi. I have an Arcam RPlay. I use it for streaming music services. It supports Deezer, Tidal, etc. My question is what is the Max resolution for music using Deezer via the DTS Play-Fi app? Can it play Flac at 44khz and 16 bits?
Does anyone know if Deezer has a telephone contact number (from the UK)? I have some questions regarding renewal of my subscription and I am (so far) getting a slow to non existent email response from Deezer support. I'm sure it would be far easier to clear up with a conversation.

Will the album limit of 2000 be raised in the future? last week I reached the limit and I personally use the albums overview as a kind of database for me. Would be great if the limit will be resolved... thanks & regards henryk

Hello. Please, could you make Kazakhstan price like in Russia. Russia and Kazakhstan are ex-USSR countries. And people in these two countries have same yearly income. But for some reason Deezer in Kazakhstan have price in dollars. And this makes it too pricey. I know many people who want to start using Deezer. But because of the price, which is not appropriate to Kazakhstan salaries, they pirate music. If price will be like in Russia, they'll start using Dezzer immediately.
