Hi @Lucelia.Mascarenhas, It is possible to link your Deezer account to your Scrobble Last FM account from a computer/laptop using this link: https://www.deezer.com/account/share You should see the Scrobble as the option on the right.

That is pretty much it. A playstation app of deezer would be so handy. I play a lot and have to listen deezer from my phone, the sound on my tv is so much better and I wouldn't have to use my battery life to also use deezer (I use my phone as wifi for playing)

Song/Artist/Album isn't on Deezer - What happens if I can't find the music I want?Guide

DEEZER CATALOGUE - something is missing  We're really sorry to know the tracks you love isn't on Deezer. Not all artists and rights' holders choose to add their music on our platform. We always respect their wishes so some music isn't available or might be temporarily removed.  Some of the reasons for this are:  RIGHTS' HOLDERS  If an artist has a large discography with different rights' holders controlling different albums you can sometimes find gaps in the catalogue - if a certain rights' holder hasn't yet agreed to allow the music they control to be streamed online. TERRITORY  Streaming rights are also defined by territory - country, region, location. The tracks that appear in the search box when you're looking for music are the songs that are available in all territories. In a small number of cases, a user in a different country may not have access to different tracks so an "unavailable in your country" message appears when they try to listen to it.  SO WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Bonjour, j'ai souscrit sur Vente privée le 24/07/17 une offre cumulée avec la carte FNAC pour un abonnement DEEZER Premium + que j'ai payé 60 euros, VP n° 220209982, or je n'ai pas réussi à me connecter. J'ai donc essayé de rentrer mes titres de réservation, mais sans succès. Apres quelques temps j'ai voulu me reconnecter sur mon compte et je viens de m'apercevoir que j'ai été prélevé à nouveau de 9,99 euros le 7/10, alors que j'ai déjà payé pour l'année via l'abonnement sur Vente privée.com. Pouvez vous me contacter par téléphone pour que je comprenne pourquoi cela ne fonctionne pas comme convenu. Mon accès à la musique lui est bien fonctionnel. J'ai donc uniquement un problème de facturation et d'abonnement. Merci de votre retour. J.MANTEL

Logitech is closing mysqueezebox servers

Logitech is closing mysqueezebox servers in 2 weeks…..Deezer plugin uses the mysqueezebox server to login to Deezer to make the service work on squeezebox devices via LMS.this means the Deezer plugin will stop working in under 2 weeks.please Deezer work with the community now developing Logitech media server to allow a plugin not requiring mysqueezebox to work so we can continue to enjoy the service.Deezer is the only streaming service effected by this closure so being quick/first to solve the issue could mean grabbing some subscribers from the other streaming services that will also be cut off from LMS squeezebox users because of this closure.If Deezer isn’t able to come up with a solution or help community with info to help create a plugin it will force me to switch to a service who have a plugin that works without mysqueezebox.

Why are my favourite tracks on Deezer are not downloading?

Not downloading* Hi all! I recently added a couple of tracks to favourites, but alas, they aren't downloading. Never happened before. Before you ask:- Yes, I am on, WiFi and it's working.- Yes, I have the download toggle switched to green.- It doesn't download on cellular either. - Yes, I have enough storage space on my device. - Smart cache is > than Deezer files size.  I would rather refrain from cleaning the cache completely, as it will take me hours to download everything again.  Thanks in advance for all your suggestions and workarounds, I really appreciate it!

Deezer HiFi icon disappears when I stream to Chromecast Audio

Hi ,The HiFi icon is visible otherwise, but it disappears all of a sudden when I start casting to my chromecast audio.Does this mean the audio isn't HiFi anymore while casting?I'm on deezer beta btw

When I'm jus t listening to music I like to scroll through songs I like and queue them up to play. I can't work out how I do this, what am I missing? I'm using the Android version (v6.2.30.88)
