I have paid an annual fee on the 25th,I have upgraded to a twice as expensive family plan on the 25th,I did not get a refund for my annual premium membership because deezer is either to greedy or its too much of an ask.Now, my 1 month family membership has been refunded without explanation (before hand) and I am now set back to a deezer free status. I have provided all informations to my support agent yesterday and NO word since!By now, I do not care about upgrading or a refund, I just want to enjoy my LAST year with deezer I have already paid for!Day 1 (no music)
