To have access to your MDY, you must have streamed a minimum of 200 titles over 30 seconds between January and November 2022
Unfortunately, we have a problem with some accounts that meet these conditions, our teams are on the spot to solve it!

 

I get the recap from another account than mine 😣

If you have a family subscription, make sure you are connected to your own account or profile to discover your own stats.

tip: you can log out and log back in to make sure of that.

 

I can't see the listening time of my artist #1

For your #1 artist, streaming time may have been replaced by your ranking among the biggest streamers!

I've never heard 4 of my top 5 songs, but it says I've played them each over 50 times 🤔😢 this part of MDY didn't work well for me, everything else was cool though.

My deezer year doesn’t work, it says i haven’t streamed enough though i listen to music on a daily basis ??

You have to have listened to at least 200 minutes of music from jan to nov to have access to My Deezer Year, sorry!

It's a pity that you can't download a full-screen image, like, for example, in Spotify. Such a function would be very appropriate. There was also a problem that after several viewings my deezer year disappeared, but just as unexpectedly appeared again🤔

Is there someone else with a shared account who keeps getting someone elses #mydeezeryear? Ik keep getting my dads’ year and I am afraid it's a bug but I am not sure how to solve it.
