Hi @RobertGE can you tell us which version of the app you have currently installed and which version of XboX?Sure, Deezer version is 3.4.19.70 and Xbox is XboxOne S 1TB that comes currently bundled with Minecraft.

Im sorry, I don't understand. You don't know how much ram your own program needs ?

No, it depends on the cache space as well. Please see Anjas suggestions above.

I close the programs open through Xbox side menu accept for whatever game Im playing such as Red Dead 2 or Horizon 4. I have used less than 40 percent of available hd space.

Can you add that now it is just cycling through songs and wont play anything. I don't even see how you can charge for no service.
Well my Deezer on Xbox One X keep closing while i'm playing any games, i've used ALL suggestions from above And It seems the problema still persists. Any News about this problem ?

Hi @marcosferraz I am afraid not, I have followed up on this with the devs. Have you made sure to install the latest version of the app and Xbox Firmware?

Like the others I got the exact same problems.
Before you ask, yes I already reinstalled the app, my 1tb device is free for more than 50% (:
Xbox os is 10.0.18362.2018
Deezer v is 3.7.2.70

The issue is the exaxmct same as Philipp mentioned.

On the 28.05 I have to buy deezer for one more year and wanted to change to a family account, would be glad if u can fix this soon. (:

It’s funny because the same thing is happening to me too you guys need to fix the app for Xbox or something

Wen I'm gaming, and listening to music the sound keeps cutting out, its a good few seconds and happens on all of my tracks.

I can't listen to a song even ten seconds through before it cuts out comes back for a few seconds and cuts again, over and over

have you already reinstalled the app?
Hi. I am also having issues with listening to music on my Xbox, before you ask I’ve reinstalled it several times, tested connection and freed up space to attempt to listen without it jamming every 10 seconds, I’ve read the above comments from over a year ago and I’m assuming it’s still an ongoing issue. If anyone has figured out how to fix theirs please let me know 🙃

Our app has been recently updated. It isn't a current issue as far as I know, but it could be. So I've refreshed your cache on our side and sent you a password reset email. Could you please change your password and let me know if it's still the same?
Could you also try rebooting your internet router to see if there's an improvement?
