Windows 10 desktop 4.13.4 stops playing

Premium account, using Windows 10 desktop app version 4.13.4. Tracks stop playing for no apparent reason, the number of songs played before stopping varies. No problem with the internet connection. The app looks like it is still playing, but the position in the track does not change and no sound. The speakers are working fine. Pausing the track does nothing and cannot re-start the track. Can navigate to home and other tracks, but cannot play anything without closing the app and re-opening and then it stops playing at some random point again. Have tried logging out of the app and uninstalling and re-installing the app, but problem persists.

Sorry that's happened. Could you please try reinstalling once more? This time, after uninstalling the app, search for %appdata% and delete the Deezer folder. Then restart the PC and reinstall the app.
I've also sent you a password reset email, after clearing your cache from our end. Please change the password before logging in, after installation. Let me know how it goes 👍🏼
