Why can i not play my downloaded music on my phone but can in my computer

Hi

I recently downloaded Deezer and used the premium trial in which I downloaded songs. My trial is up now and I cannot play the music on my phone app- all of the music is greyed out and a message telling me to upgrade comes up, however I can use the computer app and play all of my downloaded music. I would prefer if I could use it in my phone.

Hi there @BT1 

Try logging out, checking your credentials and logging in again. I say this because the account linked to the email you used here in the community is on Free. For downloads, you need to have a paid subscription :thumbsup_tone2:

yeah my account is a free account I just used the 10 day trail. How comes I still have the downloads on my computer app which is linked with the same account as the one in my phone?

Hi I cleared the catch and then reinstalled the app but all it did was turn all of my downloads off

Hey @BT1 ! I know, this is a standard procedure to follow - your music will still be there, you only need to download it again ;) Do you still receive the upgrade message?

Thanks for coming back to me. What's your desktop app version? It might be a bug. Can you still play the downloaded tracks?

I'm assuming that if you delete those downloads, you won't have the option to do it again - it's a feature for paid users like I've said.

The desktop version is just the generic one downloaded of the windows App Store , I don’t know I haven’t tried but also my brothers iPad still keeps his downloads too but ok
