Web player always pauses at the end of the same song.

I am usually using the Flow feature to play music during the day.

Each time the Flow plays the song Crystalised · The xx, it pauses at 3:19 and does not continue playing.
I have to manually it the Next button to pass the few remaining seconds of silence at the end of this track to resume playing with the next track. If I do nothing, nothing plays for hours.

So far I only saw this issue with this song. So it seems related to the song itself.

Hello @stephane.soppera, have you tried playing the song outside of the Flow? Do you face the same issue then?

I just tested and I got the same issue when playing outside the Flow.
It stopped at 3:20.

This time I tested on:

  • Browser: Firefox
  • OS: Windows

So I can confirm this is neither OS specific nor Browser specific.

Great  It’s a very good song, we had to do something about it :stuck_out_tongue: Thanks a lot for letting us know about it!

Flow proposed me this track with the same issue: 823276.
It pauses at 3:13 (total track time is 3:34).

This problem seems generic, I also got it on other tracks but forgot to write down their name.
Could there be a generic fix?

the song you sent ends on 3:15, not on 3:34… it's just the version the artist's distributors sent to Deezer.

Yes the songs ends at 3:15 and it still stops playing at 3:13 which is a bug from Deezer identical to the one above.

It seems that another bug shown the wrong duration when I first played it on its own and displayed 3:34. I can’t reproduce this one now but I still do reproduce 100% the song stop playing at 3:13, i.e. 2s before its actual end. When this song appears in the flow it do pause the flow indefinitely because of this issue.

Hi @stephane.soppera, I’ve noticed the same kind of issue than with the one from the XX when I tried to fast-forward it, I got an error message, so I think you’re right. I’ll inform the team, thanks again for the feedback, I’ll see if a generic fix can be found.

Another track has this issue: 4262739. It pauses at 6:40.
