It has been over a year since I brought up the unlike/slash heart topic, you were “working on it”.  It still does not work and I have clients that are complaining about this, too.  A couple of my clients say that if this does not work they will not be renewing their Deezer accounts.  Why does this function still not work correctly?

I've replied to you via PM as well.

The reason why this hasn't been improved is that we're developing a revamped integration with Sonos, which will include several other important enhancements :pray_tone2: please hang in the a bit longer!

It has been well over a year since I identified this issue.  Nothing has been done.  Now I have clients that will not be renewing their subscriptions because of this.  How much longer should I hang in there?

While listening to the Robert Fripp Mix on Deezer through Sonos, I swear there is more Magma than Robert Fripp and I cannot block Magma.  Exceptionally maddening.  I do not care to listen to Magma.  Maybe is I listen to Magma Mix it will play Robert Fripp?

Try reinstalling the Sonos app in the meantime. I've carried out some maintenance on our side.

Please change your password and log in again. Let me know if there's an improvement.

Also, from your mobile app you can block the artist by choosing the option "do not recommend this artist" :thumbsup_tone2:

I uninstalled, reinstalled, reset password, signed back in.  g

Guess what the first 2 songs that played were.  Yep, Magma.  And I do not see the "do not recommend this artist"  option.

The Sonos app doesn't have that feature yet @AVXlnce that's what we hope to bring with the revamp I mentioned to you, which is being developed.

But you can find the feature in our mobile app, and flag the artist that way. Then log out and log back in on Sonos, to see if the recommendations stop :wink:

Now I can’t even get Deezer to play on Sonos.  Is there a problem with my dealer account?  I’ve signed people up this year.  I just signed someone up yesterday, in fact.  I should not be shut down as it is still first quarter.  What is up with my account?

There has been an issue with our public API and that affected several integrations, including Sonos.

It should be all sorted now, could you please try updating your device?

I have a dealer account.  Suddenly I can’t play on Sonos and when I stream to other devices I get commercials.  Something is wrong with my dealer account.

We've got an update on Sonos as well @AVXlnce 

If everything goes well, our revamp should be done around June (subject to many factors, of course). I'll be keeping you updated as I said before :relaxed:
