TV Deezer app issue: unable to login

I tried playing my play list on my TV today but it only plays one track and will not move on and play the whole play list automatically like on my phone and I pad ????

Sorry to hear that. Could you please try changing your account's password?

If that doesn't work, please restart the TV and your network router and try changing your Deezer account email - keep me posted!

Sorry to hear that. Could you please let us know if you tried to reinstall the app or perform a factory reset to the TV?

There are some troubleshooting options that can help you, like the ones I mentioned, but it's also important to know your model and if the TV has offered firmware updates. Let us know :wink:
