I’ve been having this problem for two weeks now when trying to play music from my desktop.  The app works on all my other connected devices.  I am a Deezer Premium subscriber.  I have checked and done everything to remedy the problem.  No success. Any suggestions?

Hey there, usually this is fixes simply by reinstalling the app on your desktop. Have you tried that already? 

I've been getting the same error during last months on multiple computers (in the web browser). Also, on my phone, often my playlists do not even load (without getting an error code). It's becoming very hard to listen to music, even as a premium subscriber.

Hello, you are getting the error message MS0610 on browser as well? 

What is the model of your mobile? Do you get another error message or is it just loading for a long time?
