The heart tool used to save songs to my Favourites in sonos but wont anymore. Why??

That's probably because you have now more than 500 favourites - there's current a limit on our Sonos integration @Easyas 

You can still add more favourites but they won't be displayed in the Sonos app.

However, we're working on improvements, including adding the ability to cast from our app directly to a Sonos device :fingers_crossed_tone2:

Hi Rudi, 

Not impressed. In fact, I have been adding songs via the ❤ tool with more than 500 songs already saved for over two years now until 4 or 5 months ago it stopped integrating the added songs to my sonos favourites list. So is it caused by a technical glitch or for cost saving purposes? Either way, if it does not get resolved I will simply subscribe to other music streaming platforms which my kids hassle me to do because their friends share on other platforms. Sadly, I have really enjoyed this method of listening and saving songs via the ❤ tool on Deezer for over 5 years now and if it's gone, so is my ❤ for Deezer.

I respect that you try and pay the artists top dollar percentages for their music but don't forget your streaming customers and their niches that could add benefit to these artists.

I hope your development team has access to good customer feedback otherwise Deezers alreadly small market share will further decline in numbers.

As I've said, we've been working on improvements already. Stay tuned and you'll see!

In the meantime, there's nothing to do with cost saving purposes. The integration was coded long time ago and it needs an update with better performance on a higher number of favourites, that's all. Hope this clarifies things for you.

All I seem to read on the Deezer thread is 'hang in there our development team is working on it.

I have seen several people say they have been waiting a year for other issues

Not good enough.

I want real answers that will fix the problem otherwise it looks like you just fob people off by the look of it

They have a small team. Do not wait for too long for these fixes.

I waited some bug fixes months, yet they haven’t still fixed all bugs we have. I was before Legends, meaning we should have that real voice, yet it was just about empty promises. No matter at how actively I was gathering users feedback, problems were never fixed for months. Like you said…

They probably won’t be fixed in years. I just transferred to Spottily.

Moments ago I manually liked last track from Deezer liked tracks at their service.

Everything works and sound is better. I had Hifi on Deezer, but on same WH-1000XM3 I’ve been enjoying it more despite it’s not even Hifi for now, 320K OGG. The sound is finest I heard ever before.

Remember, time is flying. Do not wait too long.

This error was on my Web App all day long

It’s 2021 and one shouldn’t fight with app to hear some music.

@hpguru this is a thread to discuss Deezer's Sonos integration. Please refrain from posting the same comments all over the forums.

@Easyas I totally understand your frustration. And the comments here in the community are left on a long standing thread on purpose, there's no hiding behind anything.

The current Sonos integration uses resources that were developed a long time ago. We've been working on a new one, especially for Sonos, for months now. These things do take time for a company of our size. But like I said, this is me being totally honest with our community.
