Sonos - Deezer authentication auto-redirect to website

Hi-

I keep getting prompted to authenticate my deezer account on sonos by a pop-up window- when I click on this it goes back to the deezer webpage (signed in as me- without any authentication prompt visible). I am stuck in this loop. I have a deezer premium + account....

I've tried quitting everything to no avail....

Hi there everyone,

Our devs came back again to let us know that the issue(s) should be fixed now.

Please relaunch your Sonos and everything should be back to normal. If not, please try logging out and logging in again.

Any questions, I'm here.

Had to just re-authorise my Deezer account via Sonos. But now all I. German not English

how do I resolve that.?

How did you solve it? Login out and back in? Or have you reset the pswd?
I was asked to re authorise. When i did my favourites were not mine.😞. I dont like inconvenience will have to cancel deezer unless we have a resolution.

Contacted Sonos and they've made me run the diagnostic and send the nr to them. After this I've retried login in again while waiting for a reply and now it's working again.
I have some random songs in a foreign language on my favourites
Has anyone a solution to this problem ? I’m experiencing the same issue ow for 24hours having logged in and out, removed apps for both sonos and Deezer??

Hi everyone, this is a problem that came up only today. We are still receiving first reports. However we advice to reinstall the Sonos app at first and see if that helps.

My guess is that it's a Deezer problem as now I have lost all my playlists (annoying!) in both Deezer and Sonos app.
I am having the same issue, I have now removed deezer from Sonos and am unable to add it again. Looks like a deezer issue - just connected apple music and that worked straight away.. Any suggestions Deezer?

I reinstalled sonos app on IOS and installed the desktop app on windows 10 but no luck..

Hi @izi0 that sounds like you have logged in with the wrong email address. Please check again if you are logged in with the same email address as before.

@James.Beckford that is strange, it worked for me right away. Try to reset the password.

My Deezer username changed to Deezer 6 when I logged into Sonos.
My correct user name shows Deezer in German and My Music is empty.
The Deezer 6 username shows My Music all loaded correctly.
I opened sonos and was asked to re register my deezer account by entering my password.
After I did this my favourites playlist is no longer mine. I have no idea who’s it is.
all of the other things like favourite radio stations etc are all ok.

Any ideas how I can get my favourites back ?
Funny having the same problem. All French after reauthorization and flow was a mess all French too. Removed the account from sonos and now Deezer no longer available as a music service in the list.
Unable to add Deezer back in even after uninstalling sonos and reinstalling.

This morning, the Sonos application (on a Mac) repeatedly requested reauthorisation of my Deezer account. I did this but an error occurred each time.

I then removed the Deezer service in order to reinstall it again - however, Deezer is now no longer listed as an available service on Sonos.

Can Deezer give an update on the expected return to service on Sonos ?
I am having this issue too. The Sonos message says that Deezer is having trouble so they have removed the service. I trust I will not be paying full price for Deezer during this period I am unable to use it with my Sonos.
Deezer can not be used on SONOS. There seems to be a technical problem.
Can anyone give a status of solving this technical problem ?
got a new deezer account a couple of days ago, mainly to use on Sonos.

The Sonos status page says that Deezer has a problem so it has been removed as a service. This needs fixing ASAP or I'm going to have to cancel and go back to my offline music library.

Deezer needs a service status page too
